During the accumulation please I just rebalance primarily through new contributions. If things really get out of whack, I’ve rebalanced within tax advantages accounts (401k and Roth) as well as funds with losses in my taxable.
To the latter point, any time I tax loss harvesting I also make sure allocation is where I want it to be.
