Today is my nine year anniversary of working at Meta. Nine years ago today, on April 28th, 2014 I took the shuttle from San Francisco to Menlo park for the first time. Little did I know that I'd continue working at Meta for another nine years beyond that day.
Thank you. It was a cool post. As someone at Meta for only a bit over 2 years, it's interesting to hear the perspective of those who have been here for much longer. This company does seem to transform itself quite radically from time to time.
As an aside, I can't help but noticing the big physical transformation in the pictures (including the one nowadays with the beard and longer hair). You look like a completely different person in each of them. Had I seen them separately, I would never say it was the same person. :-)
